Attending the Virtual Conference

These are the main features of this year’s all virtual conference:

  1. Live video streaming at player only or player + playlist or used the embedded player on home page.
    • Recorded videos of the talks/posters are available where you see this icon next to it
    • Conference video links will appear after the talk is presented on the livestream
  2. Slack for Q&A with speakers, poster presenters, sponsors and other attendees with this icon
  3. This website: program, sponsors_courtyard, Attendee Help

These three separate services will require you to login to each in order to access them (You will get an email with details).

Credentials and Logging In

  • For the video streaming and program (pages and PDFs access), you should receive an email entitled “Your credentials for Hot Chips…” from with your credentials.
  • For slack, in the email from us, there should be a clickable invitation link to the https://hc2024.slack.com workspace. If you already have an account at slack using your same email then you can simply use that to sign in. If not, then you will need to create an account at slack.

Attending the In-Person Conference

Parking

This parking pass (please print and place on car’s dashboard) will allow free parking ONLY in the Galvez Field parking lot at the northwest corner of Galvez St. and Campus Drive. It is NOT valid for parking any place else on the Stanford campus. To park elsewhere, you will need to use the standard Stanford parking app, instead.
